Total capacity: 22. Rates are payable pro - rata. 50% deposit payable on booking. Accounts may be settled by direct debit, cash or credit cards. Reservations must be confirmed in writing with credit cards in order to guarantee reservations. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation of the accommodation. £250 a week for pool heating. Price inclusive of maid service 6 days a week.In the event of cancellation, prior to arrival, the following will be charged of the full amount: 2 – 3 weeks = 25%. 1 – 2 weeks = 50%. Less than one week = 75%. For all reductions in length of stay or departures earlier than the confirmed date, a charge of 50% on the number of reduced nights will be made up to maximum of 7 nights.

There are 3 double rooms, 7 double or twin rooms and a Suite with double bed and sitting room. One child under the age of 12 years may stay in their parent’s room with breakfast free of charge. Additional children in rooms will be charged at 25% of he room rate
